SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING COST
  • Spain (peninsula) & Portugal: FREE* for orders over € 120.
  • For orders less than € 120: The shipping cost will be € 6 .
  • Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla): € 9 .
  • Canary Islands: €15
  • United Kingdom: €25
  • Europe Zone 1 (Germany, Andorra, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Vatican): The shipping cost will be €17.
  • Rest of Europe: € 18.
  • Rest of the world: € 45.

Local customs charges will be borne by the customer.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
  • Spain & Portugal: 2-3 days.
  • Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla): 4-5 days.
  • Europe: 5-6 days.
  • International: 9-10 days.

Please keep in mind that Swami is not responsible for delays that occur due to customs retention or on designated dates when transportation services have a lot of work flow.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can exchange or return any product purchased online within 15 days* from the delivery date. To proceed, please send us an email to hola@swami.es explaining the reason for the return.

Items must be returned unused, washed and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labels. It is also necessary to indicate the order number.

We will reply to you as soon as possible. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The exchange/return costs will be paid by the customer (both shipping and customs costs if applicable), unless the product was defective when it was received. If this occurs, please contact us for an exchange or return at hola@swami.es
